POLAR CHEM WAY & HYDRAULIC OILS FOR MACHINING APPLICATIONS.
Functions of lubrication: To lubricate each part of the bearing, and to reduce friction and wear. To carry away heat generated inside bearing due to friction and other causes. To cover rolling contact surfaces with the proper oil film in order to prolong bearing fatigue life. Lubrication allows you to: Reduce friction (rubbing or deformation) Prevent pieces from wear. Absorb/reduce shocks. Protect from corrosion.
Hydraulic oil 68 grade is most commonly used for hydraulics with vane-, piston-, or gear-type pumps, especially where pressures exceed 1000 psi. They can also be used to lubricate lightly loaded reciprocating compressors. Hydraulic oil 68 is formulated with refined paraffinic base oils.
Anti-Wear ISO 32 Hydraulic Fluid is specially formulated to deliver excellent protection and performance. Maintains viscosity, even under higher operating temperatures resulting in longer fluid life and reduced operating costs.
ISO 46 Hydraulic Oil – ISO VG 46 Hydraulic Fluid is normally required for industrial plants working under high-pressure, etc. ISO 68 Hydraulic Oil – ISO VG 68 Hydraulic Fluid is designed for use in systems which require a large load-carrying ability
Way lube is ideal for vertical surfaces and anywhere machine parts move over the top of each other. It's commonly used as a lubricating oil for slideways found in planers, drills, saws, grinders, milling machines, and others. Way lube holds in place, so slides are lubricated, reducing friction.
