COOLANTS
Through our coolant management services, our technicians can formulate our fluids to provide a wide range of extra benefits by adding fungicides and biocides, surfactants, extreme pressure agents, and other components. As well, Polar Chem’s experts can manage your coolant systems and provide continual support to help streamline processes, improving your bottom line.
CUTTING OILS
Polar Chem offers a variety of superior quality, petroleum based straight oil cutting fluids – specially formulated to reduce friction and increase tool life. Our straight cutting oil products are formulated to be used on a multitude of machining applications without dilution – providing for peak performance and potential operational cost savings.
RUST PREVENTATIVES
Our de-rusting products, available in standard and spray versions, are designed to remove surface rust and oxidation from ferrous metals while preventing future rusting. With a neutral pH to provide safety in the workplace, all of our de-rusting products can be plated, phosphated and painted after application. If rusting has not occurred yet, we recommend pre-treating all equipment with a rust preventative.
